Role Summary: Breaders must deliver a consistent flow of food that is prepared to perfection. Successful candidates must demonstrate a passion for excellence and continuous improvement. Breaders control the flow of the food in the operation from prepping the chicken to cooking the final product! Responsibilities:
Prepare all menu items according to Chick-fil-A’s prescribed processes
Deliver required food items to internal customers for catering orders
Follow rigorous food safety guidelines according to Pathway and Certified Food Safety Manager training guidelines
Maintain a clean & organized kitchen area at all times; re-stock workstations prior to shift transitions
Wash dishes & take out trash; scrub & clean floors
Track, document, stock, and rotate inventory
Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food
Ensure equipment, iPads, and wallboards are turned on and functioning properly at all times
Perform boil-outs and regular equipment maintenance as requested by the director of operations
Own the Lean 5S process as it relates to the breading area and the raw footprint: follow all aspects of lean the chicken entrees process while meeting established goals to reduce waste
Alert the director of operations regarding any missing, broken, or non-functioning items that are critical to the breading function
Ensure 100% preparedness at all times for health department and EcoSure inspections to achieve and maintain the status of an “Elite” Restaurant within Chick-fil-A
Meet and exceed quality requirements at all times to maintain top 20% CEM scores
