Job Description
As Training Director you will oversee the training and development of all Chick-fil-A Wilson Team Members by utilizing and developing training systems that support the operational needs of Chick-fil-A Wilson. The Training Director works hand in hand with the Operations Director of our Forest Hills Road and 95/264 locations as well as the Executive Team to ensure our team is operating at peak performance while nurturing our training team's growth and development and driving company culture. This is a Full-time position with benefits. Regular Saturday work is required and open availability is preferred. Hiring range for this position is $15-19 per hour dependent on experience, education, and availability.

Qualifications
Essential Responsibilities
Communicate with Human Resource Director to ensure seamless transition from Onboarding to Training Systems
Maintain and continue to develop Team Member training plan that can encompasses all operational areas of the business and track team member progress through program
Determine training gaps by analyzing customer feedback and internal reporting systems and develop plans to address those gaps
Facilitate monthly planning sessions with Training Team to develop training objectives using evaluation tools to identify areas for growth
Plan and Communicate new product roll out training
Oversee the selection and development process for the Certified Training Team
Seek learning opportunities including seminars and Training Director Summits to facilitate personal growth
Maintain all necessary training certifications
Track and communicate training initiatives and progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
