• Serving others safely is hard work! Our Drive-thru and Curbside systems are designed to help keep both our team and our guests Safe!  This requires that we meet them at their cars, therefore, outdoor work along with a good bit of walking  are normal and should be expected every day.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do.
• Preparing, assembling and serving products to food stations according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
• Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
• Always courteously greet guests even if working in the kitchen.
• Unloading delivery trucks supplies and placing in proper storage area
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds
• Maintaining a well-groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professional
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and inspection standards
• Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Full-Time (35+ Hours per Week)
• 18+ years old
• Must possess high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be available Monday through Saturday
• Must be available to work 4 Saturdays a month
