Chick-fil-A Woodbury is seeking a Hospitality Director to oversee front-of-house operations and lead the hospitality team to exceed service goals.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a hospitality and service subject matter expert

Set team goals, share scores visually, and celebrate accomplishments

Develop efficient front-of-house processes and procedures and effectively communicate them with the team

Partner with training and operations directors to ensure team members are properly trained on Chick-fil-A’s hospitality models (CORE 4, 2nd Mile Service, Guest Recovery)

Provide feedback and coaching to front-of-house team members and leaders

Address and respond to customer comments (CARES) within 24 hours
