Responsibilities:
Serve on the leadership team, managing store operations
Execute strategies for attracting and recruiting new team members
Represent Chick-fil-A Woodbury at local job fairs and other recruitment events
Manage job boards, ensuring all open positions are up to date
Review online applications and conduct initial applicant screenings
Schedule interviews and coordinate interview times with the HR Director
Lead new hire orientations
Create hiring advertisements to send to schools and display in-store
Post hiring content on social media platforms
