Responsibilities:
Ensures daily operations runs smoothly and efficiently
Writes the daily roster, strategically placing team members in their strongest positions
Serves as a subject matter expert for hospitality and service support
Coaches and provides the team with direction and feedback
Leads the team to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
Reports to the restaurant directors, notifying them of issues and reporting employee performance and policy violations
