Position Summary: Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza is looking to hire a team member to work a dual role in the organization. Our HR Team Member will spend the majority of their time working on Human Resources responsibilities including screening, onboarding, employee management and retention tasks such as team member celebrations and new-hire check-ins. The rest of their time will be spent working in restaurant operations ranging from happily serving customers to cleaning and sanitizing the store.

Responsibilities
Work alongside the team to meet Operational Excellence
Engage with daily plans to ensure execution of HR tasks
Help build and maintain relationships with the team
Actively participate in the recruiting and onboarding process
Manage the people celebration system (Ensure our team is celebrated)
Managing applicant tracking and scheduling with leadership team and candidates
Lead new hire orientations
Complete at least 60 phone interviews per week for team member candidates
Meet weekly with HR Director
Help improve organizational workflow by processes and procedures
Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute on ideas related to hiring, retention and attracting candidates
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pursuing Degree or Certifications in Human Resources or a related field a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Available 20-25 hours per week
Team player, positive attitude, outgoing ability to engage with applicants and the team
