Role Summary: Responsible for preparation, production, and packaging of salads and other cold entrees and side items.

General Responsibilities:

Prepare delicious and presentable ready-to-eat foods

Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients

Clean and sanitize work surfaces and utensils

Assist in keeping the entire kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times

Receive and store produce products in timely and organized manner

Adhere to strict food production recipes and processes

Requirements

Must be able to stand for an 7-8 hour shifts.

Must be able to work at fast pace and under minimal supervision

Available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week

Lift 50 pounds

Must meet standards for personnel hygiene and appearance

Maintain valid ServSafe certification throughout employment
