As a cashier, you have one of the most important jobs in any Chick-fil-A unit: you make certain that every guest is served with a smile and thoroughly enjoys his or her dining experience. Above all you will ensure that every guest is treated with honor, dignity, and respect. You are there for the ONLY purpose of pleasing and WOWing customers. Stocking, cleaning and closing are always secondary to WOWing guests.

Specific Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and provide genuine, friendly service.

HUSTLE. You must strive for 60 second service or less.

Know the menu and be able to effective assist guests with questions and requests.

You alone are responsible for the cleanliness of your work station/ register.

WOWing the customers. Provide a consistent dining experience while attending to the unique needs of each individual.

You alone are responsible for the cash in your drawer. Ensure that all cash a coupons are accounted for.

You alone are responsible for knowing and following ALL unit policies.
