    YOUR ROLE IN OUR FAMILY:

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee the operations of the restaurant in both the kitchen and food prep areas, as well as overseeing the service operations of the restaurant

    • Approve/Deny schedule requests and changes for their respective shifts

    • Provide hands on leadership by example in maintaining the integrity of Chick-fil-A recipes and processes

    • Enforce restaurant policies daily

    • Communicate, and ensure accountability, any changes in policies, procedures, or products

    • Provides input on selection, orientation, scheduling and placement of Team Members (Front Counter, Dining Room, and Drive-Thru), including conducting effective interviews

    • Work closely with Operating Partners to ensure costs and expenses are minimized

    • Assist Operating Partners in identifying opportunities to reduce costs, and improve profit and quality

    • Work closely with the Operating Partners to ensure compliance with recipes and processes

    • Ensure all team members’ questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner

    • Analyze processes and procedures to identify areas to be more efficient and improve overall operational excellence

    • Work closely with the Operating Partners to ensure catering, events and other functions are handled efficiently and competently

    • Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members on a regular basis

    • Maintain solid professional relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimum partnerships

    • Identify and communicate potential opportunities to utilize new vendors or suppliers to Operating Partners

    • Additional duties as assigned
