    WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING TEAM LEADERS THAT ARE AVAILABLE 3-5 DAYS PER WEEK FOR DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS.  FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS (INCLUDING SOME NIGHTS) ARE A REQUIRED PART OF THE SCHEDULE. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FAST-PACED HOSPITALITY ORIENTED OR QUICK-SERVICE RESTAURANT POSITION IS REQUIRED TO START AS A LEADER.  A 2 TO 4 WEEK ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT WILL OCCUR IN ORDER TO BE DESIGNATED A LEADER. THERE IS A COMMITMENT OF AT LEAST 3 SHIFTS PER WEEK TO ENSURE TRAINING AND SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.

    *DAY SHIFTS: 8AM-4PM, NIGHT SHIFTS: 3PM-11PM

    YOUR ROLE ON OUR TEAM:

    • Performs operations activities and tasks with excellence for the guest hospitality / front areas of the restaurant including, drive-thru, front counter, and dining room/parking lot
    • Excels at all Team Member job responsibilities, working along side them at the front counter and drive thru, including order taking, bagging, running food to cars and tables, attending to guests' requests, re-stocking, and keeping front areas of the restaurant clean
    • Assists the associate director of the Front Counter area in management responsibilities as needed including:
      • Planning shifts to ensure that all scheduled Team Members are in a position that will set us up for success, including updating the position board and managing breaks
      • Ensure all checklists are accomplished by delegating and prioritizing effectively
      • Ensure speed and accuracy of every order by checking boards and swinging into position to assist team members when volumes are high
      • Provide feedback on team member performance for performance reviews
    • Performs training of our team members as a subject matter expert for front counter and drive thru area
    • Solves Problems – serves as an escalation point for Team Members; escalates as appropriate to Manager, Assistant Director and/or Director(s)
    • Sets a tone for leadership in the restaurant and encourages others to do the same - by being high energy, positive, respectful & kind, tolerant and open to new ideas and innovation
