    THIS IS A MORNING POSITION- 9AM-4PM

    WHILE COVID CONTINUES TO EXHIBIT IT'S PRESENCE THE TEAM MEMBER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

    DINING ROOM

    • Keep restaurant clean at all times, including floors
    • Ensure tables are sanitized 
    • Clean glass doors and playground window area
    • Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
    • Restock products (condiment station and bathrooms)
    • Clean Restrooms

    SERVING OUR CURBSIDE GUESTS

    • Delivering Guest's food and beverage to designated Curbside Spots

    ONCE OUR DINING ROOM IS RE-OPENED: (DUTIES IN-ADDITION TO THOSE LISTED ABOVE)

    • Greets guest as they walk enter the building
    • Open doors for guests who need additional assistance (elderly, parent(s) with children or disabled)
    • Serve to educate guests of products offerings and promotions in the dining room
    • Providing 2nd mile service by helping all high needs guests to their table
    • Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly (may require assistance from a member of leadership)
    • Refresh beverages for guests at their tables to ensure the guests do not need to walk to the counter for a refill
    • Clearing trays and trash from guests
    • Pass out mints to guests as they’re finishing their meals
