    Daily Responsibilities:

    Comprehensive Training: New team members, aged 16 and older, begin in the kitchen to gain a holistic understanding of our operations, with potential to transition to hospitality based on suitability.

    Operational Excellence: Tasks include cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, and preparing the store for peak times.

    Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, their ingredients, and preparation methods.

    Customer Focus: Preserve a hospitable experience for guests, especially during busy periods, by maintaining a composed demeanor.

    Standards Adherence: Follow all hygiene and appearance guidelines.
