    Who we are looking for:

    The Human Resource & Talent Professional works behind the scenes to aid the Senior Talent Director in investigating disciplinary issues, oversee on-going training on HR skills throughout the restaurants, and ensure our restaurant staffing levels are fully supported. The HR & Talent Professional is trustworthy, dependable, and highly organized.  They are able to take direction from leadership but also able to start projects on their own.  They will report to the Senior Director of Talent & work primarily at our offsite office.

    PERFORMANCE INDICATORS INCLUDE: 

    • Assist in investigating HR concerns and implementing HR procedures as necessary
    • Continue to improve our disciplinary procedures 
    • Help maintain legal requirements for HR and onboarding paperwork for the organization
    • Oversee training throughout the restaurants on HR skills for leadership and team members
    • Supporting the Interviewing process by sitting in on interviews, taking notes, and making recommendations of hiring to the Senior Director of Talent
    • Introducing our Chick-fil-A and ASPYRE culture throughout the recruiting and candidate selection process, as well as throughout our restaurants

    Qualifications:

    • Training or Experience in Human Resources
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Proficient with Google Suite
    • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
