J SUMMARY
The Management Analyst supports the Army Training and Doctrine Command Enterprise Classroom Program in provision of turnkey classroom Sustainment and Technology service. The Management Analyst Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures. Conduct work simplification and measurement studies. Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conducts research and data analysis. Gathers and analyzes data on the organization's operations, finances, and market trends and use this information to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
Based on analysis, develops recommendations for improving the organization's efficiency, productivity, and profitability. They may suggest changes to processes, organizational structure, or technology implementation.
Creates detailed plans for implementing their recommendations. This includes outlining the steps, resources, and timeline required to achieve the desired outcomes.
Works closely with key stakeholders, such as executives, department heads, and employees, to understand their needs and gather input and communicate their recommendations and implementation plans to ensure buy-in and support.
Once changes are implemented, monitors and evaluates their effectiveness.
Tracks key performance indicators, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make adjustments as needed.
May provide training and support to employees to ensure successful implementation of changes. This may involve conducting workshops, creating training materials, and offering ongoing guidance.
To be effective, stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Attends conferences, reads industry publications, and participates in professional development activities.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline and a minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
Knowledge of business processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Project management skills.
Experience in management consulting or a related field is often preferred.
