Role and Responsibilities:
The Business Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations of Chico Nissan's business office. The candidate will work closely with the business office manager and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer transactions, including payments, financing contracts, and leasing agreements.
- Processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Coordinating communication between the business office and other departments, including sales and service teams
- Processing auto inventory transactions and auditing paperwork for accuracy .
- Scanning and filing daily to keep effective records and organization.
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for the role of Business Office Assistant, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a business office, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with dealership management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
