Chief Center Officer (CCO) needed in Naples, FL.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Lead daily operations of the senior center, ensuring excellence in service delivery
• Supervise and support program staff, volunteers, and contracted instructors
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic goals and program development
• Monitor center performance and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Gerontology, Social Work, Public Administration, or Health Services). Master’s preferred
• Leadership experience in senior services, nonprofit management, or community programming preferred
• Proven track record in managing staff, volunteers, and multifaceted programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic, mission-driven leadership style
