The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) will be part of the leadership team, will represent the mission of the organization both internally and externally and will ensure high level clinical services are being offered, under the guidelines of Trauma Informed Care and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
Supervise clinical staff, oversee Medicaid practices, and ensure clinical standards are being followed in a compliant manner. Oversee client’s entry into and flow through treatment from beginning to end, while partnering with staff to provide a high level of care. Uphold Dove Recovery House Program policies and guidelines and provide supervision to Therapists and Peer Recovery Specialists/Case Managers. Must be a licensed provider of one or more of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC.
