Our client is an established industry leader in global health and nutrition is seeking a results-oriented Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the executive leadership team. The CCO will be charged with architecting and driving an ambitious growth strategy to scale the business in revenue by 2029, leveraging a robust legacy of innovation, operational excellence, and scientific advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Commercial Leadership Formulate and communicate a clear, actionable global commercial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives, ensuring the integration of key priorities across all regions and product lines.
- Business Growth & Global Expansion Lead targeted expansion efforts in high-potential markets including North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. Employ data-driven evaluation to identify new market and partnership opportunities, structuring innovative go-to-market and commercial models for lasting value creation.
- Commercial Operations Excellence Direct global sales, business development, marketing, and commercial operations teams to drive superior execution, profitability, and performance management. Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and key account development, instilling best practices and operational rigor.
- Innovation Commercialization Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and operations to bring differentiated health ingredients, advanced delivery platforms, and solutions to market at speed and scale. Ensure commercialization strategies are tightly linked to consumer needs and market trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Ecosystem Development Serve as an external ambassador, cultivating partnerships with industry leaders, regulators, investors, and key accounts. Promote organizational reputation and thought leadership across the health, pharma, and nutrition landscapes.
- Global Team Leadership Build, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams with focus on diversity, accountability, and professional growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, results, and continuous improvement across globally dispersed units.
- Matrix and Cross-Functional Influence Work seamlessly with executive and functional peers to ensure coherent strategy execution, efficient resource deployment, and optimal business outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven executive experience leading commercial functions within multinational B2B health/nutrition ingredient businesses or related sectors, with measurable impact on top-line growth and operational effectiveness.
- Advanced capability in commercial P&L management, strategic planning, business development, and key account leadership across international markets.
- Demonstrated skill in building and inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures.
- Expertise in navigating matrixed environments and influencing outcomes across internal and external stakeholder ecosystems.
- Known for strategic agility, exemplary decision-making, and relentless drive for results.

Compensation: $300,000 plus bonus
