Responsibilities: • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Remain on call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
