We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a key contributor to our operations team, the Chief Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance while driving high-quality performance across all maintenance functions. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. • Serve as the primary liaison with brand partners to ensure compliance with evolving brand standards. • Evaluate building systems to determine necessary maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. • Lead and manage all aspects of the maintenance department, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and operational excellence. Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software systems. • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex maintenance issues. • Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance experience. • Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development, evaluations, and scheduling. • High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
