Responsibilities: • Communication and Correspondence: Serve as the manager of the CEO’s calendar, email inbox, scheduling the CEO’s personal essential appointments, and preparing correspondence, communications, and presentations. • Travel Arrangements and Booking: Manage all aspects of travel for our team, ensuring all trips are well-coordinated, efficient, and in compliance with the firm’s travel policy. • Administrative Support: Assist with organizing attorney calendars, emails, updating questionnaires and databases, helping prepare and take detailed minutes for team meetings, editing organizational documents, and supporting the CEO with state and/or city licensing. Gathering confidential reporting for the C-Suite. Support the development of internal policies and procedures. • Office Procurement: Oversee the purchase of office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-equipped and organized based on budget guidelines. • Team Building and Professional Development: Organize quarterly team-building exercises, develop and maintain professional relationships with senior staff, and conduct research for reports to support continuous improvement and engagement. Qualifications: • Must have a college and/or associate’s degree, or have equivalent experience in a similar role. • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting the Owner, CEO, or C-Suite. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines. • Must have a valid Driver’s license and a well-maintained vehicle. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • A commitment to Lunn Law LLC’s values of integrity, excellence, and collaboration. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
