    As Chief Executive Officer, you will not only manage operations but also shape the future of a $20M+ company with the resources and ambition to double in size. From building systems and mentoring leaders to driving profitability and preparing for multi-branch growth, this role places you at the helm of strategy, culture, and execution.

    This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of P&L, operations, and team development. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take the business from entrepreneurial success to structured scalability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale revenue from $20M to $50M+. Evaluate expansion opportunities including new service lines, markets, and M&A.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee construction and maintenance divisions. Implement scalable systems for scheduling, training, logistics, and quality control.
    • Financial Management: Own the full P&L, driving profitability through disciplined financial oversight, cost controls, and KPI-driven accountability.
    • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build a strong leadership bench. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Client & Market Engagement: Strengthen client relationships, uphold a reputation for service excellence, and position the company competitively in the Las Vegas market and beyond.

    Candidate Profile

    • 10+ years of progressive leadership in the landscape industry
    • Proven track record managing multi-site P&L of $50M+ (branch, regional, or divisional level)
    • Deep operational expertise in both maintenance and construction
    • Experience leading organizational change, M&A integration, and systems-building
    • Skilled at scaling teams and revenue while maintaining culture and quality
    • Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a founder-led environment

    • Base Salary: $200K–$250K (DOE)
