This is a rare opportunity to shape a multi-industry empire, capitalizing on the booming demand for equipment solutions in residential, commercial, and construction markets. The ideal candidate will be a business-minded leader with a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving strategic growth, and fostering high-performing teams across diverse sectors. Commission-Based Salary: Earnings are entirely commission-based, tied to deal closings, offering upside earning potential for high performers. Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute bold strategies for the mowing and rental equipment businesses, plus future portfolio additions, aligning with a vision to redefine equipment solutions. • Operational Oversight: Drive operational excellence across companies, optimizing performance, profitability, and efficiency in sales, rentals, and new ventures. • Financial Stewardship: Accelerate revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure financial health through savvy resource allocation and fundraising. • Team Building: Recruit and inspire executive teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and partners, articulating progress and strategic initiatives. • Market Expansion: Seize new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to fuel portfolio growth across industries. • Risk Management: Proactively mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Qualifications: • Experience: 10+ years of executive leadership, with 5+ years as a CEO or equivalent, ideally managing multiple businesses or divisions. • Industry Expertise: Proven success scaling companies, preferably in equipment sales, rentals, or related sectors, with adaptability to lead diverse industries. • Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, fundraising, and investor relations. • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic Vision: Track record of delivering measurable growth through innovative strategies. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the DFW area Preferred Attributes • Business mindset with experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments. • Familiarity with equipment sales or rental markets, with a knack for identifying cross-industry opportunities. • Strong network in the Dallas business community or relevant sectors. • Agility to thrive in dynamic, evolving portfolio settings.
