    ABOUT BODY BALANCE

Body Balance Physical Therapy is a locally owned, multi-location practice serving Southern Idaho since 2003. With four clinics across Twin Falls, Gooding, and Jerome — and a vision to becoming Southern Idaho and Northern Utah's “First Stop” for overcoming pain and weakness— we are building the leadership team to take us there.

    THE ROLE

The CEO is the architect of the company’s future. This leader thinks long-term, anticipates change, and creates strategic advantage in the marketplace. They identify opportunities for growth—through payer mix optimization, market expansion, recruiting pipelines, and direct-to-consumer community positioning—and translate them into clear, executable plans. Visionary and persuasive, they communicate where the company is going and why it matters, inspiring One Team with One Impact.

They prioritize people, develop leaders, and cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance—Always Learning, Always Growing. They are deeply protective of the company’s brand and reputation. Financially astute and process-oriented, they balance bold moves with calculated risk and data-driven decision making. Confident yet humble, they actively seek feedback, think critically, and make disciplined decisions for the long-term health of the organization.

The CEO owns the strategic direction and measurable performance of the practice: revenue growth, visit volume, profitability, footprint expansion, and market share. They are accountable for placing the right people in the right seats, building leadership depth, aligning clinics under shared systems and operational standards, and ensuring compliance and structural integrity. They allocate resources to the highest-impact initiatives, build scalable infrastructure, and ensure that strategy turns into execution. Ultimately, the CEO owns the direction, performance, culture, and long-term value of the organization.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • 5+ years of executive leadership experience in a multi-location or growth-stage business

    • A builder — someone who creates systems, develops leaders, and executes with discipline

    • Healthcare experience a plus, not a requirement

    • A demonstrated track record of results matters more than credentials — formal education a plus, not a prerequisite

    • Lead a respected, locally rooted brand with 20+ years of patient trust and community presence

    • Strong leadership team already in place — Regional Director, Financial Controller, and clinical depth across 4 locations
