    Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
    Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 + Performance Incentives

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a visionary, execution-driven CEO to lead and scale a rapidly growing ABA organization.
    The ideal candidate has already successfully expanded a healthcare services company into multiple states, built high-performing teams, and knows how to balance strategic vision with disciplined operational follow-through.

    This role requires a leader who can think big, move fast, and execute with precision — while building a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement. You’ll drive company-wide strategy, oversee expansion efforts, and ensure the organization maintains excellence as it grows at a rapid pace.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Vision

    • Define and drive the long-term vision for multi-state ABA expansion
    • Build strategic plans that support hypergrowth while maintaining quality of care
    • Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for regional scaling
    • Ensure goals are aligned company-wide with clear, measurable outcomes

    Operational Execution & Accountability

    • Oversee day-to-day operations with focus on efficiency, compliance, and scalability
    • Implement systems, processes, and reporting structures to support rapid growth
    • Hold leaders and teams accountable for timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
    • Solve bottlenecks quickly and ensure seamless execution across all departments

    Multi-State Expansion

    • Lead expansion strategy, licensing, staffing, and operational readiness for new states
    • Build regionally scalable workflows, staffing models, and service delivery processes
    • Ensure local teams are properly trained, supported, and aligned with company standards

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Recruit, mentor, and elevate high-level leaders across Operations, Clinical, HR, and Compliance
    • Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and excellence
    • Establish a rhythm of communication, planning, and transparency across the organization

    Culture, Quality & Compliance

    • Protect and promote the mission, values, and client-centered purpose of the organization
    • Ensure clinical and operational compliance across all states and programs
    • Maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and service delivery

    Qualifications & Must-Have Experience

    Proven track record scaling a healthcare services organization across multiple states
    • Previous executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, President, SVP, or similar)
    • Strong execution muscle — able to turn strategy into disciplined follow-through
    • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Deep operational understanding of healthcare workflows (ABA, home care, SNF, or similar)
    • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
    • Excellent communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder management
    • Visionary mindset combined with hands-on leadership style
