We are hiring a battle-tested CEO who has built, scaled, and operationalized a business — not just managed one.
This is not a ceremonial or advisory role.
This is for a hands-on operator who understands what it takes to scale revenue, install accountability systems, drive marketing execution, and build operational infrastructure that produces measurable results.
You must have personally helped scale a business:
From startup to $10M+ in revenue , or
From $10M to $35M+ (or beyond)
If you have not led revenue growth at that level, this role will not be the right fit.
You will serve as CEO-level coach and execution partner to law firm owners across the country.
You will not simply “advise.”

This role blends executive leadership with structured business coaching and performance accountability.
Conduct high-level 1:1 execution calls with law firm owners
Review revenue metrics, KPIs, marketing performance, and operational dashboards
Identify breakdowns and prescribe corrective actions
Enforce accountability to growth targets
Document commitments and track measurable progress
Respond to client communication within established service standards
Participate in leadership and strategy alignment sessions
You will advise up to 75 law firm owners and must be comfortable operating at scale.
8–10+ years in executive leadership (CEO, President, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent)
Proven record of scaling a company through significant revenue growth:
0 → $10M+, or
$10M → $35M+
Direct P&L ownership
Experience installing operational systems and performance dashboards
Experience leading marketing and business development execution
Background in law firm management, consulting, professional services, or entrepreneurial environments
Demonstrated ability to hold owners and leadership teams accountable to metrics
Are wired for growth and execution
Believe accountability drives results
Are comfortable confronting underperformance
Think in KPIs, margin, cash flow, and client acquisition cost
Have coached or developed senior leaders
Prefer measurable outcomes over abstract strategy
Want a purely strategic or advisory title
Avoid performance tracking and documentation
Dislike structured systems and response standards
Prefer large corporate environments with layers of insulation
Have never directly owned revenue outcomes
Remote executive leadership role with national impact
Work directly with entrepreneurial law firm owners
Proven systems and curriculum already built
