Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership. We are currently partnering with a privately owned home health and hospice platform seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of strategic growth.
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building scalable infrastructure, and positioning the organization for long-term expansion. Including:
Build corporate infrastructure to support growth
Identify growth opportunities in current markets
Expand into new geographic markets
Lead acquisition sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and integration
Drive de novo and acquisition strategy
Partner closely with current leadership to achieve desired outcomes
Serve as external face of the organization
Build reporting, accountability, and leadership systems
Maintain profitability while investing in scalable infrastructure
Ideal Candidate Profile
ExperienceStrong hospice and home health background
Current COO, SVP, Division President, or CEO within a multi-site home health and/or hospice operator
Direct involvement in acquisitions, de novos, or multi-state expansion
Proven track record of growth
High emotional intelligence
People-first mentality
Able to earn trust with key internal leaders
Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial platform
Willing to engage at both strategic and tactical levels
Infrastructure builder
Growth-oriented mindset
Financially disciplined
Executive presence with relationship-building strength
