    Position Summary

    The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of BaRupOn LLC. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial structure, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting scalable growth. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and experience in building financial systems and teams within a growing business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.

    • Lead cash flow management, capital planning, and risk management.

    • Work closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and investments.

    • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and expansion efforts.

    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

    • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA/MBA preferred).

    • 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance roles.

    • Proven experience in strategic financial planning and execution in a scaling company.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Experience working with startups, private companies, or high-growth environments preferred.
