As we enter our next phase of expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help shape the financial architecture that supports disciplined growth and long-term value creation.

    Position Summary

    The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial strategy, capital planning, operational finance, and enterprise risk management.

    This role requires a finance leader who has built and led financial systems in scaling organizations and who understands how to align capital structure, performance metrics, and governance with strategic growth objectives.

    The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to guide investment decisions, manage financial risk, and ensure the organization is structured for sustainable expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Strategy & Corporate Planning

    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth initiatives

    • Design scalable financial systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls

    • Provide forward-looking financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions

    Capital Planning & Cash Flow Management

    • Lead cash flow forecasting, capital allocation, and liquidity management

    • Oversee budgeting, cost discipline, and financial performance optimization

    • Evaluate financing options and capital structure strategies to support expansion

    Executive Partnership & Governance

    • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on investments, operational priorities, and long-term strategy

    • Prepare board-level financial reporting and performance analysis

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accounting principles, and corporate governance requirements

    External Relationships & Stakeholder Management

    • Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and auditors

    • Support capital partner communications and financial transparency initiatives

    Finance Team Leadership

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team

    • Establish measurable performance standards and accountability frameworks

    • Implement systems that enhance data integrity and operational efficiency

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

    • MBA, CPA, or advanced finance credential preferred

    • Minimum 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or equivalent executive-level role

    • Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, capital planning, and operational scaling

    • Proven ability to design financial infrastructure within growth-oriented or capital-intensive organizations

    • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards, lenders, or investors

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in infrastructure, clean energy, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries

    • Background in startups, private or high-growth companies

    • Familiarity with capital raising, structured financing, or investor reporting environments
