About the Role

GGES is seeking a financially disciplined and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer to lead the company toward profitability, debt elimination, and scalable financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Cash Flow Leadership

Produce weekly cash-flow forecasts, variance reports, and risk assessments.

Maintain strict oversight over budgets, spending, and financial controls.

Lead strategic planning and long-range financial modeling.

Profitability & Debt Reduction

Track job margins, service margins, and company-wide profitability.

Develop debt reduction strategies and monitor progress weekly.

Advise the CEO on pricing, cost-control, investment decisions, and revenue models.

Financial Operations

Oversee Service Finance and Bookkeeping.

Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.

Maintain compliance for audits, federal contracts, and insurance requirements.

Leadership & Cross-Department Alignment

Ensure alignment between Operations, PMs, Service, Billing, and Executive leadership.

Hold all departments accountable for financial accuracy and discipline.

Qualifications

7+ years financial leadership in construction/trades

Expertise in cash flow, job costing, and financial modeling

Strong ability to implement financial controls and enforce discipline

Experience working with debt reduction and financing partners
