Hartwig Staffing is partnered with an Oklahoma City company that is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to its team. Compensation for this role is $120-150k\+ DOE.

Qualifications:

• Provide strategic financial leadership by overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
• Manage and monitor all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, audits, tax compliance, and treasury operations.
• Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Partner with department leaders to analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate financial risks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
