Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $175,000 - $195,000

Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and direction aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic goals
- Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide financial strategy, projections, and compliance
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Oversee federal grant reporting (particularly Section 330 grants), ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement internal financial controls, procedures, and policies
- Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies
- Supervise finance and billing departments
- Monitor cash flow and oversee all treasury functions
- Lead contract negotiations and compliance reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or MS required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 3 years in healthcare; FQHC experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and audits (knowledge of Part 133 audit requirements)
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
