    We are searching for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of our fast-growing manufacturing business. This role demands an executive with an active CPA license, strong operational finance skills in manufacturing, and proven success in managing liquidity, capital structures, and large-scale growth initiatives.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capital Strategy & Financing – Lead negotiations and execution of financing arrangements, including debt restructuring, refinancing, and capital allocation to fuel expansion.
    • Cash Management & Reserves – Direct oversight of $50M+ in cash reserves, ensuring optimal liquidity, treasury operations, and investment strategy.
    • Debt Restructuring – Drive initiatives to restructure existing obligations, reduce financing costs, and support long-term scalability.
    • Manufacturing Cost Controls – Implement and refine cost accounting practices, inventory valuation, and margin analysis to support production efficiency.
    • Operational Partnership – Collaborate with plant managers, supply chain leaders, and sales teams to align financial strategies with production and fulfillment.
    • Strategic Growth – Support expansion into new markets, facilities, and distribution channels with sound financial modeling and risk management.
    • Governance & Compliance – Maintain the highest standards of reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Active CPA required, with 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or custom products.
    • Hands-on track record of executing financing transactions, including debt restructuring and capital raises.
    • Proven ability to manage large cash positions ($50M+) with disciplined liquidity planning.
    • Expertise in cost accounting and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong executive presence and ability to partner with ownership, boards, and external financial institutions.

    $200,000-$250,000 per year
