    Reporting + Performance Analytics

    • Deliver accurate, real-time financial reporting with executive-ready insights.

    • Track KPIs across teams, departments, and initiatives—translating data into action.

    • Identify trends and variances to proactively address risks or capture opportunities.

Cost Center Management + Ops Finance

    • Oversee 20+ cost centers with a focus on profitability, throughput, and budget alignment.

    • Monitor microtransaction volume and implement process improvements across financial operations.

    • Ensure cost visibility and accountability across departments and service lines.

    Cash Flow + Capital Planning

    • Lead short- and long-term cash flow management in support of growth initiatives and capital investments.

    • Optimize capital structure and ensure compliance with debt covenants and financial obligations.

    Governance + Risk Mitigation

    • Maintain financial controls, compliance systems, and audit readiness.

    • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks in coordination with executive leadership and legal counsel.

    Team Development + Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team structured to scale.

    • Collaborate with operations, HR, and executive peers to align finance with broader business goals.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

    • Executive finance experience in private companies—ideally in facilities management, construction, or service-based industries.

    • Proven success leading finance for companies in the $100M–$500M+ revenue range.

    • Deep understanding of forecasting, margin optimization, and multi-center cost analysis.

    • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar), Salesforce (preferred), and financial dashboards like Power BI or Tableau.

    • Advanced Excel capabilities; fluency in operational and board-level reporting.

    • Strategic and systems-minded leader with excellent communication and executive presence.
