Subject line: “Chief Financial Officer – Protect Good People During Hard Times” Responsibilities: • Own firm-wide financial strategy and forecasting for a multi-million, multi-state law firm. • Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards (revenue, TOB, cash flow, client acquisition cost, etc.). • Lead budgeting for marketing, sales, and hiring across multiple departments and states. • Implement guardrails and controls to keep every team accountable for their numbers. • Help leadership plan for and hit goals to scale across the United States. • Work directly with our CEO and COO to shape financial priorities that align with scale and mission. Qualifications: • A strategic CFO or high-level FP&A expert who’s scaled a business to $10M+ (law firm or services background HIGHLY preferred). • Fluent in English, and comfortable working U.S. hours. • Experienced in budgeting, cash management, forecasting, and dashboarding. • Data-driven, financially sharp, and growth-focused — but also humble and hungry. • Fluent in modern tools: Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar. • Strong communication skills with the ability to strategize at high levels, make difficult decisions, and follow through with action items • Assertive with regard to financial well-being and the health of the organization Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
