The company operates across Southern California and Las Vegas , delivering complex plumbing and mechanical solutions across large-scale construction markets.

    About the Position

    The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial operations and support continued growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing profitability, and identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.

    This role requires a hands-on financial leader with experience in construction or contracting environments who can balance strategic vision with operational execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and continuously refine the company's overall financial strategy
    • Develop and implement growth plans that increase profitability while controlling and reducing expenses
    • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, including emerging technologies and new market niches
    • Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making
    • Ensure financial controls, policies, and procedures align with regulatory and ESOP requirements
    • Partner with operations and executive leadership to support long-term strategic initiatives

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive

    • Background in construction, mechanical contracting, or related industries strongly preferred

    • Experience supporting growth-oriented organizations with complex operations

    • ESOP experience is a strong plus

    • Strategic financial planning and execution

    • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

    • Cost control and profitability improvement

    • Investment analysis and capital allocation

    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    Benefits
