    The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can lead with both strategic insight and operational rigor. You’ll help shape and execute the financial strategy, scale infrastructure, and drive profitability in a fast-moving manufacturing and consumer products (CPG) environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance function across Accounts Payable, Receivable, Cost Accounting, and General Ledger.

    • Oversee financial planning and forecasting, ensuring robust cash flow management and compliance with lender covenants.

    • Serve as the primary liaison to lenders, investors, and private equity sponsors.

    • Optimize costing and profitability analysis across multi-vendor sourced product lines.

    • Drive strategic decisions around pricing, procurement, tariffs, and margin improvement.

    • Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and real-time financial reporting tools to support operational visibility and decision-making.

    • Lead annual budgeting, FP&A, external audits, and tax planning processes.

    • Champion a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all departments.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Proven track record as a CFO or VP of Finance in a manufacturing or CPG environment; experience with private equity sponsors strongly preferred.

    • Deep understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and multi-site operations.

    • Demonstrated success in scaling financial infrastructure in high-growth settings.

    • CPA strongly preferred; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Accounting/Finance) is a plus.

    • Strong financial systems acumen and data-driven mindset.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills—able to partner effectively across executive, board, and operational levels.

    • High energy, strategic thinker with the ability to stay hands-on and tactical when needed.
