In this critical role, the CFO will oversee all financial operations and provide both operational and programmatic support. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leadership team to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the fiscal health and sustainability of our organization. The CFO will serve as the chief financial spokesperson and lead a dedicated finance team, managing budgets, cost-benefit analysis, and securing new funding sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred, 5 years of experience and experience in FQHC preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
• Experience in FQHC, healthcare finance, or non-profit organizations is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
