Chief Growth Officer  for our Healthcare Provider Services

Compensation: $300,000  - $450,000

Schedule: PTO, Monday through Friday, Hybrid

Qualifications of the Chief Growth Officer:

• Extensive national leadership experience within nursing homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), and post-acute care networks.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, clinical service sales, and strategic partnerships with private and corporate healthcare providers.
• Strong commercial acumen with consistent success in exceeding revenue, occupancy, and market expansion targets.

Responsibilities of the Chief Growth Officer:

• Lead the national growth strategy to increase revenue, occupancy, and market presence.
• Build and manage strategic healthcare and referral partnerships across the post-acute care ecosystem.
• Oversee commercial performance, pipeline management, and market positioning to drive scalable growth.
