Position Overview

As the Chief Gynecologist, you will lead clinical operations within Women’s Health while continuing to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the perfect balance between hands-on clinical practice and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

_ Clinical & Procedural Care_

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including routine and advanced procedures
• Perform preventive screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and follow-up care
• Manage a broad range of gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices
• Interpret diagnostic testing and deliver patient-centered education and counseling

_ Leadership & Department Oversight_

• Supervise, mentor, and support gynecologists and women’s health providers
• Drive growth and expansion of Women’s Health services
• Establish clinical standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
• Participate in strategic planning and program development
• Support onboarding and professional development of providers

_ Optional Leadership Focus Areas_

• Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)
• Women’s Preventive Health initiatives
• Provider education and CME programs
• Quality improvement and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Active New York State medical license
• Board Certified in Gynecology (required)
• Strong clinical, procedural, and diagnostic expertise
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active DEA registration
