Infrastructure & IT Operations
- Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, cloud environments, and end-user support.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all systems across geographically dispersed facilities.
- Optimize IT spend while maintaining service quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role (CIO, VP of IT, etc.).
- Prior experience in healthcare required; SNF, long-term care, or post-acute care strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in system integration across multi-site organizations.
- Proven experience implementing AI, automation, and advanced analytics in a healthcare or operational setting.
- Deep understanding of EHR systems, revenue cycle platforms, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS).
