    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and oversee the marketing strategies across all sectors of Encore Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-sector marketing, capable of driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and leading a diverse team of marketing professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Encore's overall business objectives and diverse portfolio.
    • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance brand equity and recognition across all sectors.
    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and business development.
    • Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sectors.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in diverse industries, including real estate, hospitality, medical, dental, and restaurants.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

    2. Team Assessment: * Conduct one-on-one meetings with marketing team members to assess current capabilities, ongoing projects, and areas for development. * Evaluate existing marketing processes, tools, and strategies to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
    3. Market Analysis: * Review current market research and data to gain insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors in each sector. * Identify key market opportunities and challenges specific to Encore's diverse portfolio.
    4. Strategic Planning: * Begin formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Encore's business objectives and leverages identified market opportunities. * Set clear, measurable goals for the marketing team, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
    5. Stakeholder Engagement: * Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives. * Engage with external partners, agencies, and vendors to assess current collaborations and explore new opportunities.
