We’re hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who wants to lead a mission-driven nonprofit while maintaining a healthy clinical balance.

You’ll step into a leadership role focused on strategic clinical oversight, residency program management, and outpatient care.

You’ll practice in Canton, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, offering Northeast Ohio charm and a community-focused culture.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $210,000 - $230,000
• Student loan repayment up to $75,000
• 401(k) with 3% match
• $5,000 CME allowance plus 5 days
• 10 days PTO, 5 sick days, 3 personal days, and 9 holidays
• Life insurance (1.5x salary), Short-term and Long-term disability
