Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Provider/practitioner in the field of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pain management, Adult Care. The ideal candidate is an excellent leader with a deep understanding of clinical management.

Responsibilities

Create and implement short and long-term success strategies for the practice's continued success

Identify and address the facility’s weaknesses

Provide leadership and foster engagement of personnel

Promote the hospital’s vision, mission, and company values

Research and implement new approaches to improving patient care

Evaluate, track, and report on company performance and goals

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Chief Medical Officer is preferred

A medical degree and a Master of Business (MBA) are preferred

Extensive knowledge of clinical risk management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
