Baylor Scott & Surgical Hospital at Sherman is in Sherman, TX. The facility is accredited by The Joint Commission. Baylor Scott & Surgical Hospital at Sherman is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 14 inpatient beds, 8 OR’s, 3 PR’s, 2 Cath Labs and a large outpatient imaging program. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Bariatrics, GI, Heart and Vascular, Opthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Spine, Urology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, Robotics (2 Da Vinci, 1 Mako & 1 Aquablation) and GYN.
The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Hospital or other Hospital Leadership experience.

Job Summary
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) provides executive leadership for all nursing and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for clinical excellence, staffing strategy, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across the organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CNO partners with physicians, administrators, and the governing board to advance the hospital’s mission, strategic goals, and operational performance.
