  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Community Manager (functioning as Chief of Staff) to support our co-founders and lead our digital community. This is not a passive admin role—it’s a hands-on, high-impact position combining executive support, operational project management, community leadership, and event coordination. You’ll play a central role in helping GO! Coaching scale with clarity, accountability, and connection. Responsibilities: Executive Support • Manage inboxes, calendars, and task prioritization for both co-founders • Prepare meeting briefs, decks, follow-ups, and status updates • Coordinate travel, logistics, personal scheduling, and confidential tasks • Keep the executive team focused on high-leverage, revenue-driving activities Community Leadership (Circle.so) • Own and grow the GO! Coaching digital community (Circle.so) • Foster high participation, member engagement, and brand-aligned culture • Manage member onboarding, event threads, discussions, and Q&A sessions • Track engagement metrics and implement feedback loops for improvement Event Planning • Lead planning and execution for GrowthCon (our biannual live event with 200–400 attendees) • Oversee logistics: venue, travel, vendors, schedules, onsite execution • Collaborate across Marketing and Sales to ensure exceptional event delivery Project Management • Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives and special launches • Maintain project dashboards, track deliverables, and follow up with internal teams • Run weekly leadership meetings: prep agendas, document decisions, track next steps • Keep founders informed and aligned on all moving parts Cross-Team Communication & Content Support • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent execution • Curate content and resources for the community in partnership with internal subject matter experts • Collaborate with Marketing on content strategy and delivery inside the community Qualifications: Experience • 5+ years in executive support, operations, community management, or project management • Proven success in planning and executing large-scale events (200–400 attendees) • Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or C-level teams • Background in real estate, mortgage, or coaching is a plus • Athletic background is a bonus—we value discipline, drive, and coachability Skills & Tools • Mastery of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) • Proficient in HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Outlook, and Canva • Comfortable with or willing to quickly learn platforms like Circle.so • Excellent written/verbal communication and follow-through • Strong project management and prioritization across multiple workstreams Mindset & Attributes • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential matters • Self-managed and driven with a high standard for execution • Highly coachable and excited to grow in a fast-moving environment • Able to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative without hand-holding Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
