Gaurav Gambhir is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key strategic partner across his businesses, investments, and growth initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role designed for an individual who can help translate vision into execution while ensuring priorities remain aligned, teams remain accountable, and the organization continues moving forward at a high level. The Chief of Staff will act as an extension of the executive, helping manage strategic initiatives, facilitate communication across business units, oversee special projects, improve operational efficiency, and ensure organizational objectives are being executed effectively. This role requires exceptional business judgment, strong leadership capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving results. This is not a traditional administrative support position. We are looking for a business-minded leader who can help scale multiple ventures while serving as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the executive. This role offers close day-to-day collaboration with Gaurav Gambir, owner and CEO of a group of companies based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and direct exposure to operations and decision-making within the group. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates must be willing to work across multiple office locations as business needs require. Compensation & What You Gain • Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 • Health Benefits • Paid Time Off • Significant leadership growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive, helping prioritize initiatives, evaluate opportunities, and drive organizational goals • Translate executive vision into actionable plans and ensure execution across departments and business entities • Monitor progress on key initiatives, identify obstacles, and proactively drive solutions to maintain momentum • Prepare executive briefings, strategic reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials • Act as an extension of the executive in meetings, follow-up conversations, and cross-functional initiatives • Drive accountability throughout the organization by ensuring commitments, deadlines, and priorities are executed consistently • Facilitate leadership meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through across teams • Track key performance indicators and organizational objectives, providing visibility into business performance • Improve communication and alignment between departments, stakeholders, and external partners • Help establish systems, processes, and operational rhythms that support growth and scalability • Lead high-priority strategic projects from conception through implementation • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving operations, finance, investments, real estate, and business development • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and remove organizational bottlenecks • Manage special projects and emerging priorities as directed by the executive • Conduct research, analysis, and due diligence to support business decisions and new opportunities • Partner with leadership teams to ensure operational objectives are aligned with strategic priorities • Assist in evaluating business performance, resource allocation, and organizational effectiveness • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes alongside accounting and finance partners • Help oversee vendor relationships, partnerships, and key external stakeholders • Identify risks and proactively recommend solutions before they become larger issues Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in executive support, team leadership, and/or project management required. • Proven experience supporting founders, executives, or high-growth organizations • Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution skills • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong financial and business acumen • Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, forward-thinking environments with evolving priorities • Advanced proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and productivity platforms • Ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive solutions independently Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
