    As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key strategic and operational leader within the organization. This individual will work closely with ownership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensure accountability across departments, and help build the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

    The ideal candidate will bring significant leadership experience from a service-driven, field-based, facilities, construction, maintenance, logistics, or similarly operationally intensive environment, with a proven ability to drive execution, accountability, and organizational performance.

    The Opportunity

    This is a high-impact executive leadership role for a hands-on operator who can drive execution, create alignment across departments, and ensure the organization operates efficiently at scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the day-to-day operations of the organization
    • Serve as the senior operational leader across all departments
    • Oversee Operations, Scheduling & Customer Service, Estimating & Purchasing, Inventory & Procurement, Field Operations, Administrative Functions, and Finance Coordination
    • Drive adoption and execution of EOS principles throughout the organization
    • Develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting structures
    • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers
    • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement
    • Partner with ownership on strategic planning and organizational development
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or executive leadership roles
    • Proven experience overseeing multiple departments and teams
    • Strong background in service, field service, facilities, construction, maintenance, logistics, or other operationally intensive businesses
    • Experience managing both office and field operations
    • Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing operational systems and technology platforms
    • Strong understanding of process improvement, workflow optimization, and organizational scaling
    • Experience utilizing KPIs, scorecards, and accountability systems
    • EOS experience strongly preferred
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
