    Our client, a leading distribution company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead their operations and drive scalable growth.

    The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all distribution channels. This executive will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision, optimizing supply chain performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all operational aspects of the company, including company technology, marketing, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, procurement, sales and customer service and more.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with growth objectives.
    • Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs and operational benchmarks to monitor performance, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
    • Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution of products.
    • Technology Integration: Lead initiatives to modernize operations through automation, ERP systems, and data analytics.
    • Team Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to support operational goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior operations leadership roles within distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, managing complex logistics networks, and driving operational efficiencies.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and P&L responsibilities.
    • Expertise in supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Salary:
    $250K - $350K + Benefits

    $350,000 per year
